We Come to You! Your time is valuable. Due to the nature of our work, most of the time it is easier for us to come to you. We are happy to come to your location to clean, repair, and discuss your computer issues. For obvious reasons we do have a limit on the distance we will travel (see contact page), but we are happy to work with the longer distance clients via other means.

Pricing Here at Flash Technologies we do not believe in charging by the hour. Although this method is used by many of our competitors, in many cases it can often be used to take advantage of the client and does not provide for an accurate price quote. We, on the other hand, charge one low flat rate for everything that you need done. Often times a client will ask us to take a look at all the computers in their house and get them running well, in this case we would charge them based on the number of computers they had us look at and how severe the problems each had were.
